As the season of gift giving and sharing is in the air, soon to open its 60th branch is Krispy Kreme.

Since 1937 , fresh hot doughnuts of highest quality has been made by Krispy Kreme. With branches here and other countries such as the United States of America, Australia, Canada, Indonesia, Japan, Puerto Rico, United Kingdom, Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Turkey, the Middle East, China and Thailand, it is indeed exciting for the City of Smiles to have one.

If Mand M is the chocolate that melts in your mouth, Krispy Kreme is the doughnut that does the same , with the original glazed and many more. It would be exciting tho to take part in its opening on the 6th of December as first 100 customers get to win prizes  They have a tradition of the Golden Ticket promo. Golden Ticket is for the first person in line on opening day and who will be able to buy a dozen doughnuts gets a certificate that entitles the person a one year supply of doughnuts and coffee. A Silver Ticket on the other hand is for the second person in line on opening dayto receive a certificate that entitles him /her six months supply of doughnuts and coffee. Bronze Ticket is for the third person in line and he /she gets a certificate that entitles him/her to three months supply of doughnuts and coffee. The lucky 4th to the 100th customer in line will be able to experience JoyInABox for a one-month supply of Original Glazed Doughnuts.

Krispy Kreme in Bacolod will showcase not only its products but a 'Doughnut Theater' where customers will be able to see products from start to finish, for a full Krispy Kreme Experience and hot meal on the side.Holiday Doughnuts will be featured for the season and the best part, they also have the 'less sweet' doughnuts for diabetics like me.

The town was known as Manlambus, a Visayan term meaning to strike with a club because its coastal waters were then abundant with fish, catching them could simply be done by using a club or lambus.            The week is a celebration of festivals from the City of Talisay, Don Salvador Benedicto, Candoni, Pulupandan and the town of San Enrique. Luckily, we have good weather wherein people can move around and enjoy the dances from the mountains to the sea. It was high noon when we travelled about 37 kilometers to the south on a well paved and asphalted road network.                It was the celebration of the 113 th Annual Town Fiesta with the theme, ‘Pagpasalamat kag pagsinadya para sa kauswagan sang Banwa’. The festival was highlighted by a character dance presentation and competition of six tribes which showcased the movements of a fighting cock and its relation to the lifestyle of the people like game fowl raising, breeding and cockfighting. Manang Pula to Manapla

It always rains in August where flowers are in bloom and fruits are abundant, this is the month where you get to taste the sweetest rambutan, lanzones, santol, native pineapples and the mangosteen. When travelling to the north of Negros Occidental, makeshift stalls made of bamboo and nipa stalks are lined up along the main highway where fruits are on display which makes you stop and shop.   On this Sunday morning, the sun shined brightly, we were wearing our sunglasses as we walked along the streets of Manapla for the 145 th annual town fiesta also known as the Manang Pula Festival.
