I also chanced upon my students from CSA-B Carl Terense Belarmino and Ma. Fil Therese Rile, who won third place representing Bacolod City in the Latin Dance Amateur category.
Lin-ay sang Negros winners Blessie joy Zayco of Himamaylan, Jennel Lacsina of Sagay and this year’s queen, Jessica M. Zevenbergen were also presented that day. All sectors in Negros had a part in Panaad, it created jobs, generated income with an increase of 20% in sales compared to last year’s celebration. At 22, Panaad sa Negros Festival has grown like a woman, chasing a dream and realizing its development being one of the top three festivals in the Philippines.
